This is an open house style, casual event. A taco bar will be provided from 5:30-7pm. Please carpool if possible as parking is limited.

Shuttles will arrive at the Double Tree to start picking guests up at 3pm. The shuttles will need to do two round trips so please try to get to the Double Tree as early as possible to ensure that you make it in time for the start of the festivities. The bar will be open at the venue prior to the ceremony so please arrive early and enjoy a beverage! The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.
